Terms of Use

By using Atelier you agree to these terms and to the content rules. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
Your account
You must be 17 or older. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what is made with your account.
What you make
You own the pictures you make, as far as the law allows, and you are responsible for how you use them. Only use photos of people who agreed to it, and don't use Atelier to deceive, harass or harm anyone, or to break the law.
Free allowance
Each account gets a number of free pictures a day, shown in the app. The allowance may change, and the service may pause when it is overloaded.
Ending access
Accounts that break these terms or the content rules may be suspended or closed. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Account.
No warranty
Atelier is provided as is. AI pictures can be wrong or surprising. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
