How many pictures can I make?
Every account gets free pictures each day; the app shows how many are left next to Cloud ready. The count resets at midnight UTC.
Why was my prompt refused?
It matched one of the content rules. Rephrase it, and if you think it was a mistake, email us the prompt.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. It deletes your account, synced gallery, photos and usage records from our servers straight away.

Why did my first picture take so long?
If nothing has run for a while, the cloud GPU loads the model first, which adds about 100 seconds. Pictures straight after that are fast.
What do Draft, Standard and Max mean?
Draft is 16 steps and Standard is 28. Max is 40 steps at about 2.4 megapixels, with the most real skin and detail and the closest likeness to a Person photo, and takes about two minutes. ×1, ×2 and ×4 set how many pictures one job makes.
My picture ignored an image I attached
With images attached, the prompt is your instruction: describe the scene they belong in, or say what to change. Person keeps a face and build, Product keeps an object exactly, and Reference only guides the look.
Avoid made it slower
That is expected. Avoid is only used while its chip is on, and it makes pictures take about twice as long.
Why can't This Mac do everything?
This Mac runs a 4-bit model locally and does text to image only, at 512 pixels. Images, Avoid, Transparent and Cut out need Cloud.
My gallery isn't on my other device
Sign in under Settings, Account on each device with the same account. Pictures, favourites and settings then sync.
